Vladimir Melnikov is a well-known Belarusian painter. He created a portrait gallery on distinguished people of the present. The works of the painter are displayed in the greatest museums in the Republic of Belarus, in private collections in Russia, USA, Australia, Poland, Lithuania, Germany, Sweden and other countries. In 1995 Vladimir Melnikov painted Margaret Tetcher's picture. The work of the Belarusian painter is in the baroness Tetchers collection.
